I like dogwoods. A lot.
This large dogwood grows up beside and around my back deck. When you stand up there–or even while you just sit eating breakfast beside the sliding glass door, it’s like being up inside the tree. You can look out through the canopy like a bird. It is peaceful and relaxing.
The photo was taken on a foggy morning–which is why the background is soft and spotless.
